Turmeric Porridge with Yoghurt, Cinnamon, and Granola

Ingredients

- 2 ½ cup rolled oats
- 2 Cups of water
- 2 Cups of milk
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 – 3 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 2 - 3 tbsp granola

Method

1.In a medium sized saucepan, mix together the oats, milk, water, salt, sugar and turmeric powder.

2. On a medium high heat, bring your pot to the boil while stirring constantly. Once your oats start to bubble, turn the pot down to low and let simmer for approximately 5 minutes until it becomes creamy. Add some more water if necessary.

3. Serve your oats hot with a spoonful of yoghurt, sprinkle with toasted granola and cinnamon.
