My program is designed to set you up for successful weight loss, meaning the results will be permanent through lifestyle change.

The Permanent Fat Loss Solution method is comprised of three main phases to set you up for success and permanent results:

  2. Accelerated Fat Loss

  3. Lifestyle Integration

PHASE 1 - METABOLIC RESTORATION


Unfortunately, when most people attempt a diet, their metabolism is not in a healthy place to begin the process of fat loss. This phase is designed to set you up for success by revving your metabolism up to become a fat-burning machine.

PHASE 2 - ACCELERATED FAT LOSS


The metabolism has been fired up, and it’s time to put it to good use to burn through body fat, whilst protecting muscle mass loss. Ultimately to lose body fat, you have to be in a calorie deficit. The mistake that most people make is they stay in a calorie deficit until the reach their goal weight. This is a recipe for disaster. Instead, we will cycle in and out of a calorie deficit to protect the metabolism at all costs.

PHASE 3 - LIFESTYLE INTEGRATION


No one wants to diet forever, and yet many people feel like that’s all they do. They yo-yo up and down, never being able to hold on to the results they’ve achieved through an unsustainable diet. This phase is designed to integrate you back into a more normal way of living, without restriction and deprivation, and with the ability to hold onto your hard-earned fat loss.
