Super Berry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 tbsp acai or maqui berry powder
- 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds or hemp protein (optional)
Toppings
- Fresh berries - Coconut yoghurt - Granola - Coconut flakes - Peanut butter - Cacao
Method
1. Blend everything together until smooth.
2. Add a splash of nut milk or water if needed to loosen.
3. Add to your bowl and top with your choice of toppings
