Strawberry and Passionfruit Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

- 4 passion fruit pulp removed
- 2 frozen bananas, sliced (slightly thawed)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries (slightly thawed)
- ½ cup coconut milk (carton, not can)

Toppings
- Extra passion fruit pulp
- Fresh strawberries
- Flaked toasted almonds
- Toasted coconut flakes

Method

1. In a high powered blender, add the sliced frozen banana, frozen strawberries, passionfruit pulp and coconut milk. Blitz until the mixture is smooth. You may need to scrape down the sides or add a little more coconut milk.

2. Pour into 2 bowls and serve with sliced strawberries, a spoonful of passionfruit pulp and a sprinkle of flaked almonds and toasted coconut.
