Peanut Butter and Chia Jam Toasted Amaranth Porridge
Ingredients
- ½ cup amaranth
- 1 1/3 cups nut milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Peanut butter, chia jam, nut milk, and granola to serve
Method
1. Add amaranth to a pot on medium-high heat and stir continuously.
2. The grains will start to pop. Once half of them have popped, add milk, honey and vanilla, and cook stirring constantly until smooth and creamy.
3. Serve with a dash of fresh nut milk, peanut butter, chia jam and granola.
