Oysters with Finger Lime and Chardonnay Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 100ml chardonnay vinegar
- Juice of 1 lime
- 6 finger limes, halved lengthways, pearls scooped out
- 24 freshly shucked rock oysters
Method
1. Place the vinegar, lime juice and finger lime pearls in a bowl and whisk to combine.
2. Arrange oysters on a large serving platter.
3. Drizzle dressing over oysters.
