Mixed Berry Yoghurt Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 2 cups mixed fresh berries
- 2 cups Greek yoghurt
Method
1.Add the frozen berries to a small pot, over medium to low heat.
2. Allow the berries to defrost, stir occasionally, adding a little water when needed.
3. Heat for 10 – 15 minutes, allowing the berries to thicken.
4. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
5. Divide yoghurt between serving bowls.
6. Top with the berry compote and fresh berries.
