Labneh, Olives, Walnut and Mint Plate

Ingredients

- Labneh
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Olives
- Walnuts
- Mint leaves
- Zaatar

Method

1. Spread out a thick layer of labneh on a plate.

2. Drizzle some high quality extra virgin olive oil on top.

3. Add some olives on top of the labneh and some fresh walnuts and mint leaves on the side.

4. Sprinkle some zaatar over the top and season with salt and pepper.
