Fig, Kiwi Berry and Burrata Salad

Ingredients

- 6 fresh ripe figs, washed and cut into quarters
- 1 packet kiwi berries, halved
- 4 big handfuls rocket
- 1 large ball of burrata cheese
- ½ bunch fresh mint, leaves roughly chopped
- ¼ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- Caramelised balsamic vinegar

Method

1. Add the rocket to a serving plate.

2. Arrange the figs and kiwi berries on top of the rocket.

3. Place the burrata cheese on top of the salad.

4. Sprinkle the walnuts and mint leaves over the top.

5. Drizzle with caramelised balsamic vinegar
