Blueberry Chocolate Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberry
- ½ avocado
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp LSA
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla bean paste or powder
Toppings
- Fresh blueberries - Dark chocolate, grated - Hemp seeds - Chia seeds
Method
1. Add all the bowl ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend together until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour into a bowl and top with the blueberries, chopped chocolate, hemp and chia seeds. Enjoy immediately.
